MILITARY-GRADE TACTICAL NYLON OPTIC & GEAR WRAPS

 

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS RangerWrap LLC (“RangerWrap”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“You”) that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — including defects in laser-cut precision and proprietary pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) bonding — for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

 

This warranty applies to all RangerWrap products purchased new from RangerWrap directly (rangerwrap.com) or from an authorized RangerWrap dealer, including:

 

•    Optic wraps (red dot sights, scopes, prisms, pistol optics, magnifiers)

•    Tactical light wraps (pistol, rifle, EDC, etc.)

•    Accessory wraps (stocks, braces, ear pro, NVG, and other gear wraps)

•    RangerWrap adhesive-backed tactical nylon fabric sheets

 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It does not extend to products purchased second-hand, through unauthorized resellers, or labeled as “Blem” (blemished), “Used,” or “Demo” at the time of sale.

 

During the warranty period, RangerWrap warrants against the following defects arising under normal and intended use:

 

•    Manufacturing defects in laser-cut precision or edge quality

•    Premature failure of the proprietary pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing under normal application and use conditions

•    Delamination of the fabric from the adhesive layer attributable to a manufacturing defect

 

Coverage is limited to defects present at the time of manufacture and does not extend to normal wear and tear, color variation inherent to fabric dye lots, or minor cosmetic differences that do not affect the product’s fit and function.

 

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

 

•    Physical damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident (including damage caused by impacts, crushing, cutting, or exposure to extreme heat or chemical solvents)

•    Adhesive failure caused by application to wet, oily, dirty, or otherwise improperly prepared surfaces

•    Products that have been subjected to unauthorized modification, improper trimming beyond product specifications, or alteration of any kind

•    Normal wear and tear, surface abrasion, or fading resulting from normal use

•    Damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture prior to installation)

•    Blem, Used, or Demo products sold with disclosed cosmetic imperfections

•    Consumable components such as adhesive release liners

 

Any evidence of physical damage or abuse at the time a warranty claim is submitted will render the claim ineligible.

 

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, RangerWrap will, at its sole discretion, either:

 

•    Repair the defective product; or

•    Replace the defective product with the same or a functionally equivalent product

 

RangerWrap reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty. If the exact product is discontinued, RangerWrap may substitute a product of equal or greater value at its discretion. Limit to one (1) warranty lifetime replacement per product purchase per customer.

 

Beyond the one (1) year limited warranty period, RangerWrap extends a Lifetime Defect Warranty subject to the following conditions and strict limitations: •    The Lifetime Defect Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only, as defined in Section 2, and is subject to all exclusions set forth in Section 3. •    This warranty entitles the original purchaser to a maximum of one (1) product replacement over the lifetime of the product. Once a replacement has been issued under this clause, the warranty is fully satisfied and no further claims may be made on the original or replacement product under this section. •    The replacement product is covered solely by a new one (1) year limited warranty from the date of replacement. The Lifetime Defect Warranty does not carry over to the replacement product. •    RangerWrap reserves the right to verify the claimed defect prior to authorizing any lifetime warranty replacement. Photographic evidence and proof of original purchase are required.   For the avoidance of doubt: the Lifetime Defect Warranty provides for one (1) replacement per original purchase, ever. It does not renew, reset, or stack. Physical damage, abuse, or any condition listed under Section 3 will void eligibility for this clause entirely.

 

To initiate a warranty claim, You must:

 

•    Submit your claim through: Warranty Claim Contact Form

•    Include your full name, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the affected product

•    Submit your claim within the one (1) year warranty period from the original date of purchase

 

Claims submitted without proof of purchase or photographic evidence may be denied. RangerWrap will respond to warranty inquiries within 4 to 6 weeks. Limit to one (1) warranty lifetime replacement per product purchase per customer.

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANGERWRAP’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.   RANGERWRAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF RANGERWRAP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.   SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY RANGERWRAP. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANGERWRAP DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RangerWrap is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

 

This written warranty is provided in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.). This is a “limited warranty” as defined by the Act. Nothing in this warranty shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under federal or state consumer protection law.

 

Warranty effective for purchases made on or after January 1, 2026. RangerWrap reserves the right to update warranty terms for future purchases.
